In Lith Harbor, I met a heavily bearded crew member named Teo. He does have the Weird Medicine, but explained that, in order for it to work properly, it needs a Sparkling Rock. He told me that he'll hand the medicine over if I can bring one to him. To get the Sparkling Rock, I need to head to Perion Department Store and speak with Sophia, the daughter of the store's owner.
I met Sophia. To make the Sparkling Rock, she said she needs Arcon's Blood.

  1. Well, I do happen to have Weird Medicine, but I can't just hand it over. You see, I've tried using this potion several times, but I realized it doesn't work properly without a Sparkling Rock. If you bring that to me, then I'd be more than willing to hand the medicine over.

  2. You want to know how to get that rock? If I knew, I wouldn't be asking you for help! Here's the deal, head over to the general store in Perion Department Store, ask for the daughter of the owner, Sophia, and see if she knows anything. She may have a clue...

  3. You know how to get to Perion, don't you? Take the exit on the right from the harbor, go past Kerning City, up northwest. Then keep going east, and you'll find Perion. Sorry, is that common knowledge?
